The hostel offered a variety of activities to keep guests entertained, like walking street food tours and spring roll classes. the breakfast pancakes were delicious and there was a wide selection of food available. the hostel was clean and well-organized, making for a comfortable stay.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. the shower in the bathroom didn't have a curtain, resulting in a wet bathroom after each use.

There may be a lack of privacy in the dorms, especially if you have a bed directly next to the door and insensitive roommates.

They also have cheap bicycle and motorbike rentals. The location is close to the lantern river and the staff can recommend the right price for a lantern boat ride.

the receptionists, An and Ly, were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the area. the room was very clean and had a wonderful scent. the location of the hotel was perfect, allowing easy access to the ancient town. I've been traveling for many years and I rarely write reviews, but I had to make an exception for Hoianese Center Hotel - Truly Hoian because it exceeded all my expectations. Cons: Almost perfect! 😊.

The warm welcome we received upon arrival was exceptional. Luke took the time to sit us down and provide us with a detailed explanation of all the free activities and tours available. He even gave us a map and highlighted the must-see attractions in Hoi An. The staff's friendliness didn't end there - when I fell ill due to the strong air conditioning, they immediately offered a private room and checked on my well-being regularly. We loved the fact that we could join the Tribee activities but return to the Cotu hostel for some peace and relaxation. The facilities were great, with comfortable beds, excellent showers, and a cozy balcony. The location was ideal for exploring the Old Town, and the staff members were always helpful and informative.

Although there were many free events and benefits, some of the guests felt that the price was a bit high. Additionally, it would have been nice if the staff had provided more recommendations, such as how to catch a public bus to Da Nang.

They even offered a variety of tours and activities, making it easy for me to explore the area. The breakfast on the terrace was delicious with plenty of choices. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like a slow breakfast service and some insects in the room, I still had a fantastic experience. I highly recommend this hotel.
